A good chunk of my happiness while wandering around any city on my own comes from finding a place that is just darn easy on the eyes. I love worn wood, soft lights and a good dose of sunshine streaming in the windows. If that wasn’t enough, breakfast was scrambled eggs on the most delicious rosti thing. I’m not big on potatoes in the morning and usually ask to not have them on my plate… but gee willikers this was a thick, creamy salt-and-peppery-buttery potato pancake that I’m still thinking about with a gleam in my eye. Sigh.
Why is everyone looking at me weird? POTATO PANCAKE, PEOPLE.
