I may have turned the big four oh the other day but I still look pretty dang cute bundled up for my bicycle ride to get coffee and flowers. Have I ever mentioned that’s when I feel at my very best? Well, I do. I love going to get the things that make me happy and riding my beautiful Dutch bike connects me to my family from far away. Speaking of which, I caught up with them and it made me inordinately happy to hear their voices. I’m told my 94-year-old oma is still kickin’ (so to speak) and still as miserable as forever. Go oma go!
Anywhoosh, I was spoiled rotten on my big dumb birthday by Meagan and Sandy/Andrew and Josh. The latter of which made my very own website complete with dancing otters that revealed my gift of an iPhone 5. It feels weird to no longer look at everything through a cracked screen and getting scrapey fingers trying to stay in touch and play my games. He is a doll and I am grateful to everyone who made a day I was dreading emotionally feel like one of the better ones.
I am very lucky to have everyone around me that I do.
