Hello. I am a new stove in Angela’s kitchen. I am not the most modern sexiest looking beast but I am brand new and therefore not old and gross, affordable (even though I was $100 more than a normal sized stove), and I don’t make an annoying URNNNKKRAWWWRZZZZZRPPPTTT noise all day long. I AM AMAZING. But I do wonder if she’ll ever use me to make dinner. It remains to be seen! In the meantime, I will just sit here looking new and pretty. Though it is hard next to this ancient fridge and those tired linoleum floors… and okay fine it is Angela writing this shut up this is my only happiness.

Danni was a champ and took me out to the High Line and Chelsea Market today. My photos don’t do it justice but this elevated green space following old rail lines is super pretty. If you can make parkland look modern and welcoming at the tail end of winter, you’ve done a good job.
A bunch of stuff was already in bloom so I’m looking forward to catching it again when spring rolls around for reals. I know people love the constant frenetic hubbub of NYC but it seemed way more appealing to me on a somewhat dialed down Sunday.
